Plan authorized Pine, MQ5 and MQH migration to RX5 Rust. Converter builds, supported constructs, actual diagnostics and generated Rust output are not yet published; manual review is required.

Proposed authorized Pine source scope. Language versions, plotting, strategy functions, libraries and series semantics need a published converter matrix.
MQ5 (MetaTrader 5)
Proposed authorized MQ5 source scope. Event handlers, account/order semantics and supported object-oriented constructs need a versioned matrix.
MQH (Include Files)
Proposed authorized include-file scope. Supported headers, include paths and external/transitive dependency restrictions are not yet published.
Names, Rights and Referential Use
Keep RTX5 and RX5 as working names pending professional clearance. Third-party names may appear only as precise, verified compatibility references.

Proposed Migration Process
Prepare Authorized Source
Retain source rights and original Pine, MQ5 or MQH files with their dependency inventory. No public uploader or automatic analyzer is offered here.
Conversion
When a converter is available, use its documented input/version matrix and retain actual diagnostics. No automatic conversion or runnable output is currently published.
Manual Fixes
Review diagnostics and apply manual corrections for semantic differences, platform-specific APIs and unsupported features.
Validation
After a compatible SDK and converter release, compile the reviewed output and compare original licensed fixtures on desktop. Record tolerances and sign-off before requesting hosting.
⚠️ Universal conversion is not guaranteed. Every converted script should be validated against the original behaviour through backtesting before deployment.
Inspect Diagnostics and Validate Behavior
Successful compilation is one checkpoint. The converted strategy also needs to preserve the behavior you intend to trade.
