Licence Scope (Draft)

A software licence from the RTX5 marketplace grants the right to execute a compiled algorithm within the stated limits of a broker-hosted execution environment.

Purchasing an algorithm licence does not provide funding, margin, or risk coverage for your trading account. It is solely an agreement for software access.

Trials and Demo Access (Draft)

Certain packages may offer limited-time or demo-account-only trials. The terms of any trial, including duration and feature limitations, will be explicitly shown before activation.

Demo testing is highly encouraged to ensure compatibility and expected behaviour before committing to a live-account purchase.

Renewal and Cancellation (Draft)

Subscriptions for premium indicators and strategies will clearly specify their billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation policies.

Traders may cancel renewals at any time through the marketplace dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically stop a currently running instance.

Refunds (Draft)

Digital software licences generally cannot be returned. Our refund policy will specify exact eligibility criteria, timeline restrictions, and resolution processes for defective products.

Trading losses are never grounds for a software refund, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Restoration and Transfer (Draft)

Eligible entitlements may be restored across devices using the same authenticated RTX5 profile.

Licences are tied to the purchasing account and are strictly non-transferable between different users or unrelated broker accounts.
