Publisher Guidelines (Draft)

All packages submitted to the RTX5 marketplace must undergo a review process before publication.

The exact turnaround times, security scans, and reviewer responsibilities will be detailed here once finalized.

Publishers must own or hold a valid licence for all submitted code, including translated Pine or MQL source.

You retain copyright to your original algorithms. Distribution rights, dependency declarations, and terms of service are subject to the final platform agreement.

The RX5 package format requires a complete Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) for all dependencies.

Using undocumented native libraries, unverified external APIs, or obfuscated third-party binary code will result in rejection.

Publishers are responsible for maintaining their released algorithms. Version pinning and update approval paths will be enforced.

Any change that materially alters strategy risk limits, trading permissions, or data subscriptions must be explicitly disclosed and approved.

The marketplace maintains the right to suspend or revoke packages that violate security, resource quota, or trading integrity rules.

A security takedown will follow a controlled-stop notification process for affected traders, including clear rules for open positions.
